My brother just lost his job, he has had over the last 15 years. He is super sad, and it is meant well, he was happy for the work, and have been there for so long. My brother's concerns were many, but it was especially the economic aspect he was nervous.
What was he to do with house and car, now that he had no income? Fortunately, he joined a little over a year ago, into an unemployment fund. He called therefore to its insurance fund and learned about the different conditions of unemployment benefits, and he found that out was no problem. Obviously he would prefer to work, so it was indeed fortunate that his former boss rang the following month. He had obviously been talking to my brother's union, and they did not believe that he could be fired on the basis they had brought for the day.
