I myself get the first three volumes of 20th Century Boys and drawing Urasawa

There was some time, I was part of my recent discovery you: manga. On the advice of the webmaster AnimeHa 's, I was facing engel Monster. At first I was quite skeptical about this series. I then had to buy the first two volumes, which had left me unsatisfied. I then returned to the store to get me a few extra copies. And it was bound to happen! I became addicted to the breaking point to give me the entire series.
Warning: I tried to write this paragraph it based on the first two volumes of the series that has 18 in all. I quickly realized engel that it was very difficult to summarize this manga without revealing important elements of the scenario. This is unavoidable, the following lines spoil the reading of some boards.
The Japanese who came to finish his medical studies in Germany is at the center of attention. The director of the hospital offered him the hand of his daughter Eva and soon an officer in the prestigious institution.
But everything engel changed engel the day Dr. Temna refuses to treat the mayor. It already operates a boy wounded by a bullet in the head. Her twin sister with him. Shocked by the murder of her parents, she must be hospitalized.
This sense of priorities will sound the start of the turmoil for Dr. Temna. On the first deposed from office, engel it is then that Eva left. But the twins are safe and it is the only satisfaction of our unfortunate doctor.
Shortly after, the director and two of his loyal lieutenants will be murdered in their turns in strange circumstances. engel Inspector Runge is responsible for the investigation, but it will fail in its mission.
A few years later, Johann engel Temna discovers that the boy he saved, engel is the author of numerous crimes. It will again cross road Runge will accuse him of these recent murders and those of the hospital director and his colleagues.
Difficult to remain unmoved by this colossal work that commits Naoki Urasawa. The storyline is rich and complex, the characters are numerous and psychologically engel worked (in all senses).
The story borrows constantly engel new ways but despite all these detours she can be very consistent. You're not at your surprises with this manga full of twists situations and puzzles.
What is troubling is that I do not really like reading manga as a drawing looks like a comic book. The intrigue that takes place in Germany, faces are "Europeanized". Dr. Temna finally only to stick to the idea that I was the representation of manga characters.
Monster who rose to cult status by many in the subject of a cartoon adaptation. This anime is divided into more than 70 episodes I am happy to watch.
I myself get the first three volumes of 20th Century Boys and drawing Urasawa 's is much more "Japanese" over the image of my vision of the manga. The story seems slight at first but it turns out to be just as involved and triturated than Monster. I feel that only my wallet may not enjoy (24 albums for the complete series).

I'm in Volume 9 and 10 and I think this series really well done. The plot is there, there is the action, engel the characters are very well developed, I love. If I can advise you another series, it would Sanctuary, become difficult to find but also very well written. Two friends will want to shake Japan. One will decide to become a politician to do, the other becomes a Yakuza.
I read the first two volumes of Sanctuary has veeeeeery there long (ten years) and I never found later. I love drawing. I think it's the same author as Crying Freeman.
@ Drommk: actually, it's the same author as Crying Freeman. I've engel had the chance, I came across the complete series in a small shop in Belgium rummaging through their old stock and all for just 20 euros. <
