The task one day a week for a month was to create a piece of work that demonstrated an understanding mug of our 'spacial surroundings' by also bringing two images on two separate piece of paper to each other leaving a personal mark. I used charcoal first to formulate mug what was in front of me using the term 'Twice sight size'. The only technique we have used light and heavy contours were in turn to create a 3D feeling. Next, we had to use paint. Something I was very pleased to hear it. The intention was to get rid of all white. Here we are then repeat the process on clean paper, but from the other side of the room and skipping the use of charcoal. Something else I was pleased to hear. Here we are then transport the two, side by side. Next was my favorite, - use any technique and material to bring the two as one. I had a lot of fun experimenting with paint, and create shapes along the length. By doing so, it made them relate to each other and flow better. This is the result!
