It is somewhat peculiar, but I love it. Ingredients: - 500 grams. peeled pumpkin - 350 gr. Zucchini - 1 1/2 or 1 large leek leeks and a half onion tender - 3 cloves garlic - 1 L of chicken broth - 1 tablespoon mustard "à l'ancienne" - 1 dash of soy sauce - salt Preparation: 1. Cut the pumpkin, zucchini, leeks and garlic into pieces and fry it in a large skillet. 2. When the leeks begin to be cooked, pour the ingredients in a pot that has been previously warmed with chicken broth, mustard and soy. 3. Salt to taste and boil over medium bonnyfood heat, with the pot uncovered, until vegetables are cooked (about 30 minutes). 4. When everything is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and move everything to the blender to get the cream.
