What a delight Roser 14 September 2013, 10:32

I think this is the first recipe I prepare for a competition, specifically has called metropolitan for the second year the magazine Cooking recipes with ham and bloggers dedicated to gastronomy. I was lucky that I chose among the three finalists for awards that will be presented on 21 Manlleu. See if I'm lucky and win, but the fact of spending a day with fellow finalists by a series of visits and gastronomic meal together as offsets. It is not easy to cook a hot dish with ham, but I knew I did not want to do the typical roll ham, cold or a recipe, because I thought it would be because others metropolitan are present. So I decided to cut myself a slice of ham very thick, two to three inches, and cut it into cubes regular. I also cut a pumpkin slices of the same size and I dice, and I went together to the plate; Pumpkin has been put before, because it takes more raw and cooked; when he was ready, I seasoning with salt and ground cumin. I also grilled slices of onion rings for a complete dish with them. Meanwhile, I had to take lentils cooked with onion, carrot, bay leaf and a ham bone, and I grind with some of the juice of their own cooking, until it was a cream texture to my taste; I also garnish with ground cumin and paprika and spicy. For dishing I put the cream in the bottom of spicy lentil dish, and on, diced ham and pumpkin, onion rings, a little oil and a few leaves of grass terrace. Hope you like it, and luck in the contest, of course!
